As part of the Cascade Creek Redevelopment project at the northeast corner entrance into Kutzky Park Neighborhood, the Cascade Creek Apartments contained a 2,000 SF ground floor commercial space left completely unfinished.  9.SQUARE worked with a tenant who was looking to locate her and her husband's businesses in this space.  In addition, she wanted a flexible build out that could accommodate another sub-tenant within the abundance of office space.  The result, while still being finished, is a beautifully daylit open office plan with a few key moves to keep a light and transparent feel unlike anything else in Rochester.
