The first commercial adaptive reuse project that 9.SQUARE landed with complete creative control on the design, layout, details, and materials was the Nail Bar, started earlier this year. It was an incredible renovation project peeling back years of remodeling and previous construction to restore older elements as well as update and modernize other ones. The exposure along 1st Avenue SW is perfect for walk-in foot traffic from nearby Mayo Clinic. They are now officially open for business and proud to be the only downtown Rochester Aveda salon.
