Built in 1904, this house had been severely chopped up to become a 2-unit rental.  The gut-rehab brought the structure back into a single family home and put a focus on the kitchen as the heart of the house. Spacious and clean with direct access to the main stairs and back yard, it will be well traveled and utilized. Contrast defines the interior to create a dialogue of materials. The exterior wood siding and porch columns were meticulously restored to original detail.
