To improve the usefulness of the expansive back yard, a blighted guesthouse was removed and a large rain garden installed to capture all of the roof area stormwater on site.  The existing rear porch was removed and redesigned to create a stylistic match for the craftsman bungalow architecture and to create a direct connection to the back yard.  The 2nd Floor was completely redesigned to separate a master suite from the two other bedrooms and shared bathroom.
