Many times with pre-WWII homes, appearances can be deceiving.  For this property, after peeling back the skin and gutting the interior, we found a house on the verge of major failure.  This offered us the opportunity to improve the structural integrity and energy efficiency as well.  The interior now has a modern edge with an open Kitchen and Great Room, and a Master Suite upstairs that takes advantage of strong southern light and ample space.
