One morning the job superintendent made the above oft-used comment to me as framer, electrician, plumber, and sheet metal fabricator were jockeying for space in the Nail Bar main salon space. Boy was he right.
The tight 800 SF space has never seemed busier during the last week as all trades are getting in the mix and starting to rough-in their respective components. The space is really starting to harmonize and feel appropriate in scale. There is still a long way to go before we can judge how it feels to the occupants but I am reassured by these initial steps.
